Lose Weight without Exercise
We have listened a lot about weight loss exercises but this time I found a video in which Mr. Noman reduce his weight up to 100KG..... Yes 100KG. He was over weight and hist weight before 11 months was 200 kg. During this time he got married and his wife was only 40kg of weight. He feel embarrassed to go outside with his wife.

Mr. Noman told that he was facing severe health issues due to his over weight. Like Joint Pains, High blood Pressure, Increased cholesterol etc. He was not a common person at that time, like cloth of 2 persons require him to make dress of him etc.



Then he commits to lose weight without exercise. It takes around 11 months to lose 100 kg of weight. This enables him to live a health life again. How he lose weight without exercise or even by sitting on his Sofa..........⌣

So he lose weight without exercise up to 100k by changing his lifestyle and making changes in his eating habits.
1. He stops intake of sugar in any form
Whether it is in Cold drinks, tea or in any other form. He share with us that one day he take sip of cold drink mistakenly, as soon as he realizes he put it off from his mouth.......
2. Take all Vegetables except Carrot, Potato, turnip, Matar
3. Eat a lot of chicken
4. Eat mutton in good quantity.
5. Stop rice at all.
